The operation submitted – the Nort-sur-Erdre secondary school delivered this summer – met the criteria of the selection panel which rewarded the most exemplary sustainable engineered structures in terms of using BIM (design, construction and/or operation) in Belgium, France or Luxembourg.
The panel paid special attention to the accessible nature of the approach, its reproducibility, its originality and its cost as well as the history of the project and the consideration of the human element.
